Healthy and delicious! The Garlic Sea Salt shines when used with some fresh cod. Bring comfort food to a new level with this easy and quick dish!

Ingredients
2 LB fresh cod
2 TSP fresh thyme, chopped
2 TSP fresh basil, chopped

1 1/2-2 TSP Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Grated parmesan cheese
Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Cut fish into 3-4 oz pieces. Pat dry & drizzle some Early Harvest evoo over the fish, season with Garlic Sea Salt and pepper.
Place fish onto sheet and sprinkle Parmesan and top with tomatoes. Add to oven and cook for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
Finish the dish with thyme & or basil and Garlic Sea salt if needed.
