Make mornings a little easier with our Italian Frittata recipe. Ingredients
5 eggs
6 sundried tomatoes
1 green onion
1/4 cup grated Provolone cheese
1/4 cup 35% cream

1 tsp Aurelius Steak seasoning

Aurelius Citrus Habanero Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Finely dice the sundried tomatoes and green onion.
In a bowl, crack the eggs. Add the cream, cheese, green onions, sun dried tomatoes and Aurelius Steak Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Drizzle some Aurelius Citrus Habanero Olive Oil in the bottom of a non-stick muffin tin and pour the egg mixture in, filling each hole ¾ of the way.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
Serve your frittata with fresh tomatoes, black pepper and a drizzle of Aurelius Citrus Habanero Olive Oil.
