Ingredients

4 tbps Grapefruit White Balsamic

2 tbsp Basil Infused Oil
2 grapefruits
4 cups mixed greens
½ cup red onion
¼ cup feta cheese
Fresh basil
Salt & pepper
Directions
Prep grapefruit: Peel and segment.
Combine mixed green, thinly sliced onion & crumbled feta in large bowl. Add grapefruit.
Mix Grapefruit White Balsamic + Basil Infused Oil, a pinch of salt and pepper in a mason jar.
Shake until emulsified. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, serve and enjoy!
