I am late getting this review in, as it has been many months since tasting it! Interesting flavour. I am a dark chocolate lover and had to try it. This is definitely a change from the majority of my balsamics.. yet I can get into this.

The previous supplier had significant pricing increases and that forced us to make the switch to use the same supplier as the formally known Unrefined Olive.
