Great taste, but too thick

Great taste!! However, after a day in the fridge it turned pretty thick and slightly slimy. It was very hard to get out of the bottle. Shaking hard before use makes it a bit easier, but it would help if it were thinner.

Thank you for your feedback Emma! Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil do not need to be put in the refrigerator. It will certainly change the texture. If you keep it in your pantry at room temperature it should come back to normal. We are also in the process of changing suppliers and the new supplier has less grape must in their balsamic so they might be more to your liking. OMG Good!

Took this to a gathering of friends for a tasting. The overall consensus was you could say positive (a little understatement there). One friend tried it and her eyes popped open and said "OMG, this is better than **X!". Just placed another order for 6 big bottles- everyone wanted more!!
