Kalamata Olives are synonymous with Greece and we are excited to have this exceptional varietal in our line up.  Full fresh fruity aroma, medium to robust intensity with a well balanced mild peppery finish. Flavour is earthy and stunningly delicious.  Pair it with Black Walnut Balsamic for a refreshing salad dressing. A favourite for dipping, and we love it in mashed potatoes.

Flavour Profile: A glorious rich and fruity olive oil. In profile balanced and complex, ripe fruity olive identifiable in nose and mouth with a great diversity of secondary aromas, especially apple with hints of almonds.

Favourite Pairings: Green Apple White Balsamic Vinegar, Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar, Pear White Balsamic Vinegar.

Great service in-store and delicious olive oil!

The very nice lady patiently walked me through the different olive oils and gave me samples to help make my choice. I've shopped at Aurelius before and I've always loved their product. The Small Batch olive is is wonderful too. Worth the trek across the city! I would love it if there was a 500ml option :)

This is absolutely delicious!

I use it everyday to make my lunch salad (EVOO, white balsamic vinegar, vegesalt: mix then dump in raw veggies, feta, black olives and a protein.) So wonderful! I really like knowing that this really is olive oil and not a knockoff. Thanks so much!

I bought this olive oil because of its health benefits, after drinking it for 3 days, my veins are feeling blocked and sluggish. At night, I feel blood not moving throughout my body properly . I never had this problem before using the olive oil.Is this oil mixed with other oils?

Wowed!

I had never tried Kalamata olive oil. I was curious to see how different it tastes than regular olive oil. It is de-li-cious. Only problem is that I don't want to waste it in salad dressings and such. We love to dip good quality (homemade) bread in it and savour every bite. We'll stick to other olive oils for salad dressing and cooking.
