So flavourful

Loved the sweetness to this white balsamic. Very crisp and summery. Made a vinaigrette with it and Aurelius’ Persian Lime Olive Oil and it was a perfect combo.

A perfect balsamic

The Bordeaux Cherry balsamic is perfect on its own on a salad and, maybe strangely, paired with the Persian Lime olive oil. As cherry and lime are my favourite flavours, this is a hit with me.
