Harissa and Mango Smashed Plantains

Instructions:

  1. Heat Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a non stick pan and fry the plantain slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Smash each slice with the back of a small glass or spoon by pressing down on them lightly.
  3. Drizzle with Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and fry another 1-2 minutes per side. (add additional Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil if needed).
  4. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
