Smoky Harissa Guacamole

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Small, diced jalapeno (remove the seeds if heat is not desired)
  • fresh lime juice from ½ lime
  • 2-3 avocadoes, mashed
  • 1 fresh bunch of cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 fresh grated garlic clove
  • ¼ finely diced red onion
  • Lime Fresco Sea Salt

Instructions:  

  1. In a bowl combine the jalapeno, avocadoes, lime juice, cilantro, Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red onion, and garlic clove.
  2. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with Lime Fresco Sea Salt and serve with your favourite tortilla chips.
