Smoky Harissa Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 1 Small, diced jalapeno (remove the seeds if heat is not desired)
- fresh lime juice from ½ lime
- 2-3 avocadoes, mashed
- 1 fresh bunch of cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 fresh grated garlic clove
- ¼ finely diced red onion
- Lime Fresco Sea Salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl combine the jalapeno, avocadoes, lime juice, cilantro, Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red onion, and garlic clove.
- Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with Lime Fresco Sea Salt and serve with your favourite tortilla chips.
