Keep your cool with our recipe for Blueberry London Lemonade and, if you're feeling a little more adventurous, our Apricot Whiskey Sour. These two recipes use our favourite balsamics, the Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar and the Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar. No babysitter or designated driver needed.

Ingredients
2 ounces gin
4 ounces fresh lemonade
1 slice candied lemon peel
1 tbsp fresh blueberries

1 tbsp Aurelius Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 ounce single malt scotch
2 ounces ginger ale
1 tbsp apricot nectar
2 dried apricots
1 dehydrated orange wheel

2 tbsp Aurelius Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar
Blueberry London Lemonade
Apricot Whiskey Sour
Directions
Blueberry London Lemonade
Pour the blueberry balsamic vinegar in the bottom of a chilled double Old Fashioned glass.
Pour the gin slowly so as to not disturb the balsamic.
Repeat the same slow pouring with the lemonade.
Garnish with a candied lemon peel or a lemon wheel and some fresh blueberries.
Mix well before you enjoy!
Apricot Whiskey Sour
Chop the dehydrated apricots into a fine dice and place at the bottom of a chilled double Old Fashioned glass.
Pour the apricot balsamic, apricot nectar, and scotch in a shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour the mix into the glass and top up with ginger ale.
Garnish the rim with the dehydrated orange wheel.
