Directions
Blueberry Maple Chia Parfait
Mix the yogurt, chia seeds and maple syrup in a bowl and set aside.
In a cup or small mason jar, build your parfait by layering the granola, fresh blueberries, Aurelius Blueberry Balsamic and the maple chia yogurt.
Let the parfait sit overnight in the refrigerator. Enjoy your blueberry maple chia parfait for a light and healthy breakfast.
Raspberry Rose Almond Parfait
In a bowl, add ¼ cup of fresh raspberries with the rose water, honey and ½ tsp Aurelius Raspberry Balsamic.
In a cup or small mason jar, start layering the parfait. Add 1 tsp of the Raspberry coulis, 1 tsp roasted almond, fresh raspberries and 1 tsp of Aurelius Raspberry Balsamic.

In a bowl, add the plain greek yogurt with ½ tbsp of honey and mix well.
