So delicious!

I love love love this balsamic! And I'm more than a little sad that it is going to be discontinued. I'm been a regular customer of the Unrefined Olive for years, but your more concentrated/glaze-like lemon balsamic beats anyone else's.

Too sweet for me

I was expecting this to be more vinegary. I should have read the nutritional label closer and made note of its sugar content. This is no doubt to someone's taste but unfortunately not mine.

Hi Karolina, thank you for the feedback! Our balsamic vinegars are naturally sweet due to the higher ratio of grape must (80%) and wine vinegar (20%). The white balsamics tend to be a touch sweeter than the dark balsamics, with some flavours being more sweet than others. We would love for you to try another flavour next time!
