Pesto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

bought the pesto olive oil and Sicilian lemon vinaigrette from Aurelius Fine Oils & Balsamics, and they are absolutely delicious.

The pesto oil is smooth, rich, and incredibly flavourful. I love mixing it with the Sicilian lemon vinaigrette, adding a sprinkle of bread dipping herbs, then tearing apart a fresh baguette to dip into it. It is absolutely scrumptious!

I can’t wait to go back for more. Next on my must-try list are Pear & Cranberry, Maple, Habanero & Honey, and Coconut. I have a feeling I’ll be making many more trips back!

Love this oil. It’s a staple in my pantry now. Enhances everything it touches

This one is nice on fresh baguette or dipping any fresh bread into; also nice in your pesto pasta… add garlic sautéed shrimp, pine nuts (optional), fresh grated Italian cheese of your choice, and fresh, finely chopped basil.

When I visit my local Aurelius I am generally purchasing the Sicilian Lemon white balsamic or topping up my single estate EVOO. It was suggested that I have a taste of the Pesto olive oil with my Sicilian Lemon… WOW, a natural pair…for everything from pasta to bread dipping! Trust me! Go in and ask for a taste of this winning combination and let your imagination run wild!
