Apricot White Balsamic Vinegar

An interesting addition to summery dressings. Light but distinctive and not too sweet.

I’ve been getting my olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Aurelius since they opened and apricot might be my new fav!

I like the gentle flavor, it does taste acidy at all. That's what I was looking for. Ans apricot is my favourite fruit!
