Amazing, flavour explosion
I didn’t have any BBQ sauce on hand for fresh ribs so I improvised from my Aurelius pantry. A little blueberry balsamic, garlic oil, hickory smoked oil, classic BBQ seasoning, topped with a nice tomato pesto and slow cooked. Delicious!
