Apothicari Fire Vinegar is an unpasteurized organic apple cider vinegar in which various aromatics, such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion, horseradish, cayenne pepper, and a blend of garden herbs, are macerated for several weeks.
It’s an artisan product, with most of the ingredients grown on our organic farm, Les Jardins de la Minga, located in Baie-Saint-Paul, in the Charlevoix region.
It is called a “Culinary Tonic” because it’s a concentrate of exquisite and versatile flavours, perfect for enhancing vinaigrettes, marinades, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, croutons, Bloody Caesars, and much more.
