Made in Southern Tuscany using premium high density, 100% Tuscan organic durum wheat. Seggiano pasta is bronze drawn, which gives it a rough, matte texture that binds with sauces. It is slow dried for at least 26 hours at a low temperature to deliver optimum nutritional quality, truly excellent taste and cooked consistency.

Best linguine ever. Its ingredients, being organic, the drying process & its unique delicious flavor makes it the #1 linguine in my books! The best part is the most appropriate pasta to make one of Meghan’s The Duchess’s of Sussex recipes from her show Love With Meghan on Netflix. The flavor is out of this world when used for that recipe!

I have been told that my homemade pasta is delicious. However, after tasting this Seggiano product, I realize that I need to go back to school in Tuscany. This pasta is phenomenal. A word of caution, there is no turning back after you have tasted it!
