I am late getting this review in, as it has been many months since tasting it! Interesting flavour. I am a dark chocolate lover and had to try it. This is definitely a change from the majority of my balsamics.. yet I can get into this.

Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your support. When we switched suppliers last year that was the noticable difference for the general line of balsamics. The previous supplier had significant pricing increases and that forced us to make the switch to use the same supplier as the formally known Unrefined Olive.
