Meet our Founder: Mike

In 2016, my uncle asked me a simple question over dinner in Italy: would Canadians care about real olive oil? I decided to find out — spending two years setting up a small table at bakeries and markets on weekends, while still serving in the military. That work got our oils into a few of Ottawa's top restaurants, including Riviera, e18hteen, and North & Navy. In 2018, I left the military and opened our first tasting boutique in Wellington West. By 2025, we'd grown to three locations, adding Kanata and Glebe. Our mission: give you the Aurelius Wow experience, and make our interaction with you the best part of your day.
