This is great. I used it with the Maple Balsamic to make a reduction for seared and baked salmon, and am going to try it with pancakes and many other fares soon.

Delicious and such a healthy way to get my butter! My doctor loves my "good cholesterol" numbers now! I put it on my toast, make bread dip with it, roast vegetables with it and put it on my popcorn. I rarely use margarine anymore.

One of the best flavored olive oils I have ever used. There are receipes that call for olive oil as well as butter, and I find the combo oil to have been blended much smoother than the separate blending that you do, shall we say manually.
