Dill Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Delightful.

Such great flavour of dill in this olive oil. I have added it to salmon and asparagus before I wrapped them in foil to oven bake. I am very much looking forward to bbq season to see how it boosts those flavours.

The dill olive oil adds delicious flavor to any salad. I loved it with the lemon balsamic vinegar.

Really Good.
Toss potatoes in it and roast them.

What a surprise ! Opening the bottle of dill extra virgin, and sniffing its goodness...hmmm....I wonder? Ok, I'll give it a try, and I did. I sprinkled the olive oil, all by itself, lightly on a simple green salad, and.....Wowee! Skip the vinegar! My green salad is perfect !
