Uses: Sprinkle as-is for a dry rub or combine with your liquid of your choice for a wet rub. Delicious on steak, brisket, burgers and chicken wings. Mix a couple tablespoons with ketchup, olive oil and Worcestershire for a bright, zingy barbecue sauce.
Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, honey power, Italian herb blend, black pepper, paprika, onion, parsley.
Peach BBQ Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and shape into 1-inch balls. Place in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered about 15-20 minutes, turning once.
Peach BBQ Sauce:
- 2 cups peach preserves
- ½ cup whisky
- 2-3 tsp Classic BBQ Rub & Seasoning
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meatballs, gently stirring to coat them with the sauce, them simmer an additional 5 minutes.
