Not comparable to the 5 star white vinegar.

I loved the 5 star white vinegar. The new classic brand is ok, but it is far from replacing the good stuff. I understand having to change suppliers but I still want the nice thick sweet taste that the 5 star had.

We understand that the 25 Star White balsamic was quite special as there was 80% grape must which is what gave the thickness and sweetness. The Classic White balsamic is still exceptional quality balsamic but it does not have as much grape must and therefore does not taste as sweet.
