Italian Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (724)

This is a wonderfully robust and high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil. It is delicious and lends complex and harmonious fruity-sweet aromas. The tasting notes also include green almond, artichoke stem, and tomato leaf. 

You will experience surprisingly bright, balanced bitterness; and spicy, fruity flavour. The finish has hints of wild chicory, bitter green almond, and black pepper. 

This olive oil is fantastic for sautéing bold flavoured foods; and it shines when drizzled on pizza, soft cheese, hearty soups, roasted vegetables, grilled steaks, and salmon.
