You know a balsamic vinegar is good when you can taste and enjoy it like a fine wine. This particular balsamic is like gold in our house and is a special weekend treat when mixed with the Aurelius Lemon Olive Oil and served with cubes of market fresh bread. Truly amazing flavour and ups any salad greens when made in a salad dressing especially spinach salad.
