Citrus White Balsamic Mojito

Ingredients: 

• 1 oz White Rum
• 2 oz Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
• Fresh lime juice
• Club Soda
• Fresh mint

Instructions: 

1. In a glass, combine rum, white balsamic vinegar and a squeeze of lime juice
2. Top glass with soda water and garnish with fresh mint

*Omit rum for a refreshing mocktail!
