A lovely way to elevate salad greens, or just a light touch on sliced fresh tomatoes. Just a little goes a long way so be careful when pouring. I wish the bottle top had a regulator cap like you find on some bottles like tamari sauce so that it would be easier to control the flow.

Also purchased the mushroom and sage oil and the cranberry, pear balsamic for salads. Mix those two with some kefir and you have yourself the best salad dressing. Greens, some bell peppers and fresh sliced strawberries, party in your mouth!
Actually, it was a hostess gift, so I cannot really rate the taste. You perhaps should have that option (gift). I have previously tried the grapefruit oil and vinegar but unfortunately not from your store as I live in Petawawa and the Pembroke store closed, so now, thankfully, I can shop at your Kanata location.
Best white balsamic vinegar I have every had. Have enjoyed several bottles. Great in drinks and ceasar salads.
